Our condo is ideally located within walking distance to outstanding restaurants, shopping, golf, and water sports.
#312 is a fully furnished 800 square feet ground floor unit with one bedroom, two full baths, plus a 150 square-foot oceanfront lanai with spectacular ocean views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Whales can be seen in the winter months as well as spectacular sunrises yearlong.
There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for those times when you would rather dine in. There is complimentary cable, internet/wifi, Sonos, and parking. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo and for your comfort, portable AC is available in the bedroom. Each room is furnished with ceiling and portable fans.
Enjoy swimming, or snorkeling steps away in the ocean, relax on the beach to the sound of breaking waves, or lounge at the beautiful ocean-side pool. Outdoor tennis courts and barbeques available for guest use.
Located on Kauai's scenic, Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of Kaua'i makes it easy to explore the island. Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, and fish on your Kaua'i vacation.

Rent bikes at the Coconut Market Place next door and follow the coastal path that runs in front of the condo to the south which will take you to the Wailua River and other nearby beaches. Paddle, walk or drive north past the Coconut Marketplace and you will see all the charm historic Kapa'a town has to offer.
Enjoy miles of scenic ocean views, explore the Wailua River, take a boat ride up it to the Fern Grotto or kayak to the Secret Falls Trailhead. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monestary is just a short drive up the hill.
